Freshly harvested in mid April, this tea holds bold nutty flavour and aroma that leaves you with a mild sweet taste. The leaves are flat and slim, but thicker than the first flush of Long Jing, offering richer, fuller-bodied texture.

Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the refrigerator

Brewing Guide: 

Water:  150ml @ 70°C 
Tea:  4g (2 tsp)
Brewing:  20 seconds, add time from 3rd brew, 2-3 brews
Infuser Material:  glassware or porcelain
