Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer

Brewing Guide:

Water:   250ml @ 85°C
Tea:   2.5g (1 tsp)
Brewing:   60 seconds, add time after 3rd brew, 2-3 brews
Infuser Material:   glassware or porcelain
