Emerald Silver is one of the most cherished green teas in our entire collection not only among our long-time customers, but within our own family story. This tea comes from a tiny micro-farm in Anhui Province, tended by a close family friend of my father for generations. They produce tea out of devotion, not volume: no large distributors, no commercial blending, no mass market. Their entire harvest is shared only with those they know personally and trust.

This intimate scale gives Emerald Silver its unmistakable character. The leaves are vibrant and lively, carrying a gentle earthiness wrapped in a soft, candy-like sweetness that has captivated our customers for decades. Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer

Brewing Guide:

Water:   250ml @ 85°C
Tea:   2.5g (1 tsp)
Brewing:   60 seconds, add time after 3rd brew, 2-3 brews
Infuser Material:   glassware or porcelain
