This premium Iron Buddha (Tie Guan Yin) lightly-oxidized oolong and is the most naturally aromatic Chinese tea, bursting with warm, floral scents. Its leaves are tightly curled which holds in the tea’s intense full-bodied refreshing, creamy flavour, and beautiful rich amber colour. The legend says that this tea was first discovered beneath the GuanYin rock in XiPing province, and went on to become a prestigious treat for royalty.
