Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed during closures, weekends, or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Canada Shipping - Via UPS, Purolator. or Canada Post

We ship within Canada via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, depending on destination and parcel size.

Complimentary standard shipping on Canadian orders over $150

Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate, calculated and shown clearly at checkout

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days


United States Shipping (via DHL)

All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL Express for reliable delivery and professional customs clearance.

Flat-rate shipping: USD $25

Complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over USD $350

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (destination dependent)

Note for U.S. Customers - recent tariffs have increased cross-border processing costs.

Our DHL rates will be adjusted once tariffs are lifted or alternative solutions become available.


United Kingdom

Flat-rate shipping: CAD $50

Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days

Duties & Taxes

Orders outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Treasure Green cannot refund or reimburse import fees.


Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders include a tracking number, sent to you once shipped.
  • Delivery times may be affected by weather, postal delays, customs backlogs, or peak seasons.

Incorrect Addresses / Returned Parcels

  • Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
  • Parcels returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Treasure Green is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
