Traditional charcoal roasting enhances the tea's depth without overshadowing its natural fruit character, creating a harmonious balance between vibrant aromatics and refined warmth. The finish is exceptionally long-lasting, leaving lingering peach, floral and mineral notes long after each sip.
Harvested from the high elevations of Wu Dong Mountain (烏崬山) in the Phoenix Mountains of Guangdong, this exceptional Dan Cong is handcrafted by an experienced Chaozhou tea master using traditional charcoal roasting techniques. The careful roasting deepens the tea's complexity while preserving its vibrant natural fragrance, allowing the flavours to unfold gracefully through many infusions. The result is a tea that beautifully reflects the heritage, terroir and craftsmanship of classic Chaozhou Gongfu tea.
