Tuo Cha from the ancient trees in Xiaguan, Yunnan is well-known for its quality. Tuo Cha has ultra-high enzyme properties which are best known to aid with digestion and lower cholesterol. Each ‘Tuo Cha’ (dome-shaped tea cake) is pressed and individually wrapped in rice paper.
Enjoy a splendid marriage of walnut and dates aromas. The colour of the liquid is reminiscent of dark rum. This tea opens up dramatically in the third infusion. Over the course of seven infusions, hints of mineral and camphor can be detected. The sweetness of the brew lingers on the palate long after the tea is finished.
