Big Red Mandarin combines Xinhui Tea Pit Mandarin peel with selected high-quality White Peony tea from Fuding. It is made through a 45-day sun-drying process.

The reddish-brown, oily, and bright Big Red Mandarin is rich in polysaccharides, featuring a mature fruit aroma that is sweet and fragrant. The mandarin peel and tea aroma blend naturally, offering a long aftertaste and mellow flavour. Each Big Red Mandarin weighs approximately 34-40 grams.

Big Red Mandarin Brewing Suggestions:

When brewing Big Red Mandarin, break it in half and add the tea leaves. Place both in a gaiwan or teapot and brew with boiling water. For a 150ml gaiwan, use just one-third of the mandarin.

Adjust the amount of tea leaves and mandarin peel according to personal preference, or brew the whole mandarin. Quickly rinse the tea with boiling water to enhance the aroma.
