Tasting Notes: First brew is very smooth, creamy, cirsp with notes of toasted nuts and wood. Very pleasant to drink with a smoothness that coats the back of the throat. The second brew has lingering creaminess with a touch of bitterness an nutty flavour. The third brew is more intense with bitterness, grassiness, and creaminess. Fourth brew is smooth and very even with a head buzz. Fifth brew is even more bitter.
