Aroma: Rick, deep and woodsy, thick like cedar, incense, sweet smoky aromas slightly savoury
Tasting Notes: First brew is sweet and slightly smoky in the nose. Reminds me of scotch. Very easy drinking. Bitterness. Second brew is very strong with bitter notes and astringency and slight sourness. Third brew is stronger with bitter leaves and woodsy note. Rich, full bodied notes, smoky and hits the back of the throat
