Aroma: Smoky, wet leaf vegetal
Tasting Notes: Very tight, slightly bitter brews, tart with medicine flavour and sourness. Second brew has peaches, stone fruit with a bitter finish. Third brew is strong and thick with a head buzz. Fourth brew is bitter with lots of tannins, mealy, mineral notes and root vegetables.
