Aroma: Chestnuts, thick, honey, flowers and herbs, umami, perfumy, flowery, musky
Tasting Notes: Thick, sweet, flowery notes, christmas/winter spices, thick on the tongue. 2nd brew is more bitter with stronger notes. 3rd brew brings out smoke, wood, astringent notes, similar to Tibetan mountain tea.
This tea is brisk and complex with notes of stone fruit and lightly-smoked bamboo. Very bright and uplifting, you'll find that it is rich and round with a buttery texture as the tea mellows out. This tea finishes bright and smooth, leaving sweet bamboo and peach notes.
