Aroma: Highly Smoky, Dark herbal flavour
Tasting Notes: First brew is savoury and umami, smoky, mineral flavour, with root vegetables and stone. Second brew has deeper flavours of tobacco and lotus roots and is slight bitter. Third brew is brothy with stronger umami notes. Very round, full bodied flavour. Fourth brew has harsher tannins which come out with flavour of black licorice and rice. The fifth brew is thick with rich flavours. Sixth brew generates a head buzz
