Aroma: Heavy, thick, and smoky
Tasting Notes: Very bitter, flavour comes out mid and back of the tongue. Richness in texture, dry & bitter, mild orange flavour. Smoke and bitterness comes out in later brews. Sweeter citrus notes after five brews. Fresh, crisp. Sixth brew is sweet and smooth, vegetal, steamed notes. Cooked notes of rice. Tea is very light and sweet with each brew.
A highly versatile tea, it brews up rich in texture with a subtle flavour of oranges. These sweet citrus notes carry through many brews which mellow out. Smoke and bitterness come out in later brews and then turns to crisp, smooth and notes of steamed vegetables. This tea finishes very light and sweet.
