Special Brewing Instructions
Brewing method specifically created for weight loss, lower cholesterol and release of constipation.
This is a different method from our website as it serves different purposes. A Canadian physician gave this method to us.
Brewing Method:
- Unwrap one Tuo Cha tea cake
- Rinse the tea
- Brew the tea with 8 oz. of boiling water
- Steep for 3 minutes (a beginner may wish to steep for 2 minutes the first couple of days to get use to the taste)
- Drain tea soup completely
- Drink the tea with empty stomach is a MUST
- Breakfast may follow afterwards
- Steep another 8 oz. again using the same tea leaves for 2 minutes and drink it anytime during the day
- The physician recommends that you do not steep a third time as the tea soup becomes quite acidic.
Brewing Method if you are using the Press Art Tea Cup
- Unwrap one Tuo Cha tea cake
- Rinse tea
- Brew tea by filling up the brewing basket with boiling water for 1½ minute
- Drain and add hot water again for another 1½ minute
- Each brew makes 4 oz. of water, brewing twice will make the 8 oz. of tea
- Drink the tea with empty stomach is a MUST
- Breakfast may follow afterwards
- Steep another 8 oz. again using the same tea leaves for 1 minute each time and drink it anytime during the day.
