Phoenix Mountain Wudongshan “Tea Tiger" designates a uniquely cultivated single bush tea grown in the high-altitude region of Wudongshan, nestled on Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou. This tea has earned the epithet "Tea Tiger" owing to its formidable and distinctive nature.
Harvested during the early spring, it ranks among the first teas plucked in the season, often referred to as the "Head Tea." It is distinguished by its robust and commanding character, an abundant orchid-like flavour, and a memorable aftertaste reminiscent of a pine forest. This tea encapsulates the essence of the initial high-altitude harvest of spring in the Wudongshan area. Its availability is limited each season.
