Important Shipping Notice for Our U.S. Customers
Dear Customers in the United States,
We would like to inform you of ongoing shipping delays for parcels sent from Canada to the U.S., due to newly implemented U.S. tariffs and cross-border customs procedures.
To help reduce processing time at the border, you will now see estimated duties and taxes calculated at checkout. We believe this step will help expedite clearance and minimize delays.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transitional period.
Orders outside of Canada may be assessed an additional duty fee upon import by the customs services of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot refund or reimburse import fees.
