Gong Fu Cha Iron Buddha is a heavily roasted oolong tea, this tea has undergone special roasting processes. Originally from Anxi County in Fujian Province, China
The characteristics of Gong Fu Cha Iron Buddha, aroma is richer than that of regular Iron Buddha, featuring unique scents of caramel, woody notes, and roasted fruit. The high temperatures during roasting transform the sugars and proteins in the tea leaves, producing a rich array of aromas and flavours.
It offers a complex flavour and good sweetness in aftertaste. Rounded and smooth taste with distinct caramel notes and a slight astringent finish.
