Wuyi Cliff Oolong (武夷烏龍) comes from the iconic Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, where tea grows among steep rock cliffs and mineral-rich soil. This traditional charcoal-fired rock oolong is known for its depth, warmth, and distinctive “yan yun” (岩韵) the lingering mineral resonance unique to Wuyi teas.
The tea brews a brilliant amber-orange liquor with an inviting roasted aroma reminiscent of dark chocolate, cacao husk, and toasted wood. The flavour is full and warming, unfolding into layers of roasted cocoa, dried fruit, and gentle spice. A clean, lingering finish leaves the palate refreshed yet comforted.
This is a beautifully grounding tea, rich yet elegant ideal for slow, mindful drinking.
