Anji Bai Cha 安吉白茶

This tea has straight and slightly flat leaves. Its leaf colour is attractively bright green, wrapped with silver arrows inside. Each sip provides a high fragrance that lingers persistently; the aftertaste is sweet and luscious. The bottom of the leaves are green and bright, and the buds and leaves can be identified.

Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer.

Brewing Guide:

Water:  150ml @ 70°C 
Tea:  3g (1 tbsp)
Brewing:  30 seconds, 5-6 brews 
Infuser Material:  glassware or porcelain
