Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. To cancel, please follow both steps below:

1. Via Calendly: Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your booking.
2. By Email: Send an email to consultant@treasuregreen.com with your order number to confirm your cancellation.

If less than 24 hours remain before your booking, we will issue a credit only.
