One of China’s most celebrated green teas, Bi Luo Chun is harvested during the prized Ming Qian (pre-Qingming)season, when the first tender buds emerge after winter dormancy. Picked in early spring and crafted with great care, this tea is known for its delicacy, purity, and vibrant expression of the season.
The aroma is fresh and uplifting, with notes of sweet peas, young greens, and a gentle floral fragrance. The liquor is smooth and full in texture, offering a soft, rounded mouthfeel. On the palate, expect a harmonious balance of vegetal sweetness and light nuttiness, with hints of chestnut, tender greens, and a subtle fruity brightness. The finish is clean, refreshing, and quietly lingering.
Produced in limited quantities each year, Ming Qian Bi Luo Chun captures a fleeting moment of spring, refined, elegant, and deeply satisfying for those who appreciate freshness and nuance in green tea.

Notes: to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer.
Brewing Guide:
Water: 150ml @ 70°C
Tea: 2.5g (1 tsp)
Brewing: 35 seconds, 3-4 brews
Infuser Material: glassware or porcelain

Please note that this tea is not available in metal tins, as it is a delicate first-pick green tea with higher moisture content. For optimal preservation, we strongly recommend storing it in a consistently cold environment such as a refrigerator or freezer.
