 The mother plant of “Duck Shit” Oolong is a 300+ year old small arboreal variety tea tree that originates in Feng Xi Village in the Feng Huang (Phoenix) Town region in Chao Zhou. Villagers adored this tea but were worried that outsiders would come steal this variety. In order to keep a low profile, they gave the name “Duck Shit Aroma”. 

Later, this tea was still widely propagated and grown. The tea produced has a bright, long-lasting fragrance. It is full bodied and refreshing with a sweet aftertaste. It has a unique Shan Yun “mountain rhyme” and a delicious nectar flavor. Its aroma and flavors can endure and transform with many brews.
