Tippy Shou Mei is a great daily drink to help detoxify, improve eyesight, and is rich in antioxidants, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, zinc, and polyphenols. Chinese herbalists regard this tea as a neutral tea, which means no matter what state your body is in, this will be a great drink for anytime any day.
This tea is picked later in April and consists of one bud and 4-5 leaves. It has a slightly fuller body than other white teas, very flavourful sweetness and texture and noticeable honey floral. Great to serve chilled as well.
