"Dou Cai" is a type of Jingdezhen workmanship for multi-colour design, rather than the traditional "Qing Hua" (blue and white). This gaiwan is hand-painted, made with high quality Jingdezhen porcelain, and fired with a high-temperature kiln of 1300C. This elegant, versatile gaiwan can be used to brew all tea types.
