What is Camellia Tea Oil?

Not to be confused with tea tree oil - this oil is extracted from the seeds of the camellia oleifera tree which grows naturally in the remote mountainous regions of southern China.

It is a natural extra virgin oil that provides a blend of omega fatty acids, is low in saturdated fats, high in antioxidants, is naturally cholesterol free, and has a high smoke point of 480 degrees fahrenheit.

A subtle nutty, smoky flavour makes it a multi-purpose oil that is a much healthier option for cooking.
