For the first time, Tea Master Olivia personally roasts our Tieguanyin Oolong in-house. A meticulous two-stage process taking a total of eight hours, producing only 2 kg per day. Crafted from a 45% oxidized oolong, this exclusive batch reflects both tradition and innovation, uniting generations of tea craftsmanship in one refined creation.
Guided by the wisdom and generosity of Uncle Lin and his family, the original farmers of this Tieguanyin in Anxi, Fujian, this project was made possible through their invaluable support and collaboration. Together, we brought to life a tea that embodies shared dedication and artistry.
The result is a florally roasted oolong with a captivating aroma and harmonious flavour. Smooth, uplifting, and resonant with depth. Its elegant roasted scent pairs beautifully with both savory and sweet foods, making it a versatile indulgence for any occasion.
Each Signature Reserve Box holds 85g, available only while quantities last. Pre-order is available, limited to four boxes per order.
