Genmaicha is one of the most popular Japanese green teas. It is a blend of sencha and bancha leaves. The roasted brown rice adds a grounding aspect to an otherwise light green tea. With the ability to detox makes this tea a common drink after a heavy meal. The unique flavour Genmaicha presents compared to traditional Chinese green teas is one worth trying.
